Owning property from another country turns simple questions — is rent in, is the tax paid, is a document missing — into detective work spread across WhatsApp threads, PDFs, and family favors. Terralytix exists to replace that with one system of record: what you own, how it's performing, and what needs your attention.
We're starting with NRIs who own residential property in India, because it's a large, underserved, and painfully specific version of a much bigger problem: cross-border property ownership in general. The architecture is built to extend beyond India as the product matures.
We'd rather ship a smaller product that tells the truth about what it can do than a larger one that fakes it. We aim to describe current, pilot and planned capabilities clearly — and to distinguish between them as the product develops.
