Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account and using Terralytix, including contact details, property records, lease and payment information, compliance dates, uploaded documents, support messages, and product activity.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure the service, organize your property records, calculate requested financial summaries, generate reminders and evidence-linked insights, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
AI processing
When an AI-powered feature is enabled, Terralytix sends only the information needed for that request through its server-side AI gateway. Customers are not asked to provide AI-provider API keys. We do not use customer property data to train third-party foundation models.
Service providers
We use infrastructure, authentication, storage, email, monitoring, and AI service providers to operate Terralytix. We limit access to what each provider needs to perform its service. A current subprocessor list will be published before general availability.
Security and retention
We use encrypted connections, private document storage, account-scoped database controls, short-lived document links, and audit records. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information while your account is active and as needed for legitimate operational or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it according to our retention schedule.
Your choices
You can update your account information from Settings, and download a structured export of your account data — profile, property, financial, document-metadata, and activity records — as a JSON file. Uploaded document files themselves are not included in that export and must currently be downloaded separately.
You can also permanently delete your account from Settings after confirming your current password and typing a confirmation phrase — this removes your account records and stored documents and cannot be undone. If you are unable to complete self-service deletion, or need a correction we don't support directly in the product, email info@terralytixai.com; we may need to verify your identity before completing a request handled this way.
International use and children
Terralytix is intended for adults managing property interests. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, subject to appropriate safeguards. The service is not directed to children under 18.
