Terralytix is currently an early-access product. Features may change, be interrupted, or remain unavailable while the service is evaluated. We will identify beta and planned functionality rather than presenting it as generally available.
TerralytixAI is currently an early-access service operated by Sundaresan TK in San Diego, California, United States. No separate legal entity has been formed for this service yet; this is not a claim of incorporation. Billing is not currently enabled — no fees are charged for early access. These early-access terms will be replaced or updated before paid general availability.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your content
You retain ownership of information and documents you upload. You grant Terralytix the limited permission necessary to store, process, display, and transmit that content solely to provide and secure the service. You must have the right to upload the content you provide.
Acceptable use
Do not use Terralytix to break the law, infringe rights, upload malware, probe other accounts, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, or submit information you are not authorized to process.
Informational limitations
Terralytix organizes user-provided records and produces informational calculations and reminders. It is not a lawyer, accountant, tax adviser, property valuer, broker, bank, or investment adviser. Verify important decisions with the appropriate qualified professional and original source documents.
AI and calculated outputs
AI-generated or calculated outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Terralytix will identify sources where supported, but source links do not guarantee that an interpretation is correct. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We may limit or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, or prevent misuse. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Additional notice and data-retrieval provisions will be finalized before paid general availability.
